VBS.tv[edit]

Hi, the VBS.tv article is now up. Thankyou for approaching me over the issue. Unfortunately the web address has been banned. But I see that you're attempting to have it removed from the blackist. So in the meantime I have just added the Vice magazine URL that also links to VBS.tv. The one thing I did want to ask about was the language issue. In the infobox I have just added English, so if is translated into other languages then you could let me know and I'll add them. I'm sure the article can be improved continously, but I hope I was able to get the gist of if.Teatreez (talk) 19:26, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the additional info. I have removed MTV from the owners bar, the information regarding MTV (sect formation) and the refs provided enough information about their association. I have started some film articles and edited others, so perhaps it would be useful if I started a wiki page for 'Heavy Metal in Baghdad'. The acclaim it has garnered and the multiple references available would indicate that it is certainly worthy of an entry. Teatreez (talk) 01:06, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Heavy Metal in Baghdad=[edit]

Hi, the Heavy Metal in Baghdad article is now up if you want to check it out, do not hesitate to add any suggestions if I have left out something major or added something incorrectly. I will have a think about other Vice-related articles, perhaps some seperate articles about individual Vice published books, The DOs and DON'Ts Book and such perhaps?

Richard Kern[edit]

Hey, I made a few format changes, added an infobox, references sect and the vbs/vice info. Although an article like this isn't really my area. I think there are specialists that concentrate on such articles. I think there are different rules over links that contain nudity on the linked page, or something like that I'm not too sure. If I come across anything useful then I will add. But it is better than it was, and contains the VBS info now. Feel free to send links, moot new articles etc. Teatreez (talk) 17:59, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Several possible additions[edit]

Thanks for the links, I'll read everything over the next few days and I'll put something together. Teatreez (talk) 22:17, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi sorry, I was meaning to the edits the other day but got bogged down in an edit on another topic that took a while. Anyway I have incorporated the info you provided and I also added a few more interviews to the new VBS Meets section, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Sean Paul, Sizzla etc. As the VBS.tv links aren't allowed on wiki, I got the videos off the VBD.dotTV channel on youtube. I'm sure it can be expanded and improved further, but I think the format is looking a little better?Teatreez (talk) 22:32, 23 April 2009 (UTC) P.s. also added 'Mission Statement' video of VBS as an external link.Teatreez (talk) 18:00, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anarchist cookbook[edit]

Hi, I've added this to the top of the AC article- The legacy of the book remains intact, in 2009 the cultural magazine Vice published a brief history of the book as well as extracts of recipes. The magazine's sister network, VBS.tv also broadcasted a documentary on the subject. accompanied by the magazine reference. I may also contextualise the article further by referencing and extending the artice further if need be. Teatreez (talk) 18:05, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Mann[edit]

Cool. Thanks for the link. At first I was certain this referred to Michael E. Mann. I've been reading a lot about the hockey stick controversy, which also has a Toronto nucleus. Plus I'm listening to a 2-2 tie between the Nucks and the Hawks, so it was really hard to recall editing any Mann whose hockey stick doesn't measure up. I was surprised to think I had edited there. Those articles are a total zoo. I think I bumped into Steve Mann indirectly through my recent interest in OpenCL. Fascinating guy, but not top of mind. — MaxEnt 03:28, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Zombie[edit]

Thanks for the link, however I'm not really a zombie editor/expert - I only surfed in via HP Lovecraft. I suggest you post your info on the Discussion page of the zombie article. Good luck. Tkech (talk) 11:55, 30 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
