Hello, Delzhaus, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Getting the articles just right can be tricky - but there are lots of people to ask!

If you have any questions check out Wikipedia:Questions.

There are several ways of getting help:

  1. Leave a message on this page. It is on my watchlist, which means that I can see when the page is changed!
  2. Leave a message on my talk page - just click on talk in my signature
  3. Go into IRC Channel #wikipedia-en-help
  4. Leave a message on this page starting with {{helpme}} followed by your question - someone in the IRC help room will be over as soon as possible
  5. Leave a question on the Help Desk or on the New Contributors' Help Page

By the way, when you are writing on a discussion page (or someone's talk page), it is considered good manners to sign your comment... to do this, just add ~~~~ at the end of your comment. That will put your user name (Delzhaus) and the date/time at the end (or you can click on the icon when you are editing. Never sign on an article page - only on a discussion page.

I am now going to sign below this box with my signature, by adding ~~~~ here:

Your account usage[edit]

I noticed on your recent question on the help desk (here) and you seem to be representing a corporation ("Christa Texas Music Productions").

Please note that this could mean that you have a conflict of interest if you tried to create an article about a singer or band which you represent.

If you really want to create such an article, here are some pointers:

  1. Read Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines
  2. Ensure that the singer/group meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines (and especially the notability guidelines for singers and bands)
  3. Do you have independent reliable sources for information about the singer/group (i.e. not your own website/facebook/twitter account, the artist's website/facebook/twitter account, press releases, etc) - see here for guidelines about independent sources, and here for guidelines about reliable sources
  4. Assuming that you can write in a neutral tone without promotional language, then leave a request at Requested articles, giving the sources referred to in point 3

Someone else (unconnected with the subject) can then help to create an article!

I hope this helps.
