Medvedev Image deleted[edit]

Your userpage image depicting Medvedev was deleted since it was a temporary crop made for the main page. I used this opportunity to remove it since sadly the base (uncropped image) at commons was deleted due to unclear/invalid licensing. See Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Medvedev at Davos.jpg --- Sverdrup (talk) 19:29, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Jason Steed[edit]

Hi there. Your signature appeared on a comment on the debation debate over Jason Steed - but so too did a random IP address. I just wondered if it was actually you who made the comment and, if so, if you could go back to the page and sign it again - cos another editor has removed your name...claiming someone could easily just have copied it there. Your message to me[edit]

As much as I can mention, don't worry about the above comment. Ignore it. The page in question was Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Jason_Steed_(Young_adult_novels) where an anonymous IP address placed your name. But it was reverted. Ignore it; and enjoy editing on Wikipedia. Write to me on my talk page or on the Help Desk for any further help. Information for you, and a question.[edit]

Hi, I tried to add information to Wikipedia a couple of times over the last few months and on every occasion my additions were removed because apparently they could not be verified; the info came from user-made information and apparently that is not 'encyclopedic'. Well, just from casual browsing, I notice that this page about the TV actress Lalla Ward is taken almost word for word from www.thegallifreychronicles.blogspot.com (or possibly thegallifreychroniclesblogspot.com has copied from wikipedia) either way, I think you need to know that the info on the wiki. page is now not verifiable as it comes from thegallifreychronicles.blogspot.com page (as it is a word for word duplicate) and must not be valid in the same way that my contributions were not valid as they were not verifiable (they came from better sources than a blog, I might add..)

Thanks. AL —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.26.189.52 (talk) 12:35, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea what this has to do with me. I rarely remove anything due to being unverifiable.Derekbd (talk) 15:05, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Neil Tennant[edit]

You added to the Rufus Does Judy at Carnegie Hall article that Neil Tennant attended one of the concerts. However, the source does not verify this. How can you verify that Tennant attended? --Another Believer (Talk) 02:33, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He is plainly visible taking his seat before the show on the dvd of the performance at the London Palladium. Sorry if it needs to be a printed source somewhere. ◦◦derekbd◦my talk◦◦ 02:36, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Heaven Superclub[edit]

Hi if you are going to revert an edit do not use terms like "stupid" read these guidelines Wikipedia:Etiquette without stating why you think that sentence is not appropriate to the article in question. The term Superclub came about during the 2000's but the point of that insertion was to highlight the fact that superclubs such as Heaven, The Saint and Studio 54 have been around long before the term was coined. --Navops47 (talk) 11:40, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies for using the term stupid. I really didn't think anyone was paying attention because the sentence makes no sense. I added a view on the talk page. Now you can fix it or not. ◦◦derekbd◦my talk◦◦ 17:23, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Per your edit summary at the article on Susan Calman, I thought you might be interested to know that material on Calman's education/training was removed (link here), seemingly by accident. I'm not sure which bits ought to be restored. --Pace Hale (talk) 19:11, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
