Hi,It was a tie in 5 set match , after that they played shoot-off point and Ku Bon-chan won in that round only, so score was 6-5.

Change to birth date at Moon Moon Sen[edit]

I'm wondering why you changed the year to Moon Moon Sen's birth date, from 1948 to 1954, when there are two citations giving 1948 as the appropriate year. You did this without explanation, and I normally would just place a user warning for vandalism here. However, you seem to be a established editor. Did you have a valid reason for the change you made? Your source seems possibly reliable, being a government website, although I'm not sure of that. Neither of the two sources that support the 1948 date seem particularly reliable, as neither is a news outlet that I recognize; but IMDb, although not a particularly reliable source, also has 1948 as her birth year. I think it's a tossup at the moment, as to which date to go with. Dhtwiki (talk) 06:53, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to Anto Antony. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! Train-the-Trainer 2017: Invitation to participate[edit]

It gives us great pleasure to inform that the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) 2017 programme organised by CIS-A2K is going to be held from 20-22 February 2017.

What is TTT?
Train the Trainer or TTT is a residential training program. The program attempts to groom leadership skills among the Indian Wikimedia community members. Earlier TTT have been conducted in 2013, 2015 and 2016.

Who should join?

  • Any active Wikimedian contributing to any Indic language Wikimedia project is eligible to apply.
  • An editor must have 500+ edits.
  • Anyone who have already participated in an earlier iteration of TTT, can not apply.

Live updates[edit]

Hi.

Please do not update statistics or scores while a match is in progress. Instead, wait until the match has finished before updating. At WikiProject Football there is a consensus not to add live scores and also a consensus not to update any statistics while a match is in progress. Without live updates it is easier to avoid duplicate information and errors from being published on the article.

Timestamp[edit]

Hi.

When you update statistics please remember that you should also update the timestamps as of when the stats are correct. This is done by manually updating the date above or below the statistics table. By doing this we show when the stats were last updated and it prevents other editors from accidentally updating the stats again.

Footballer stats tables[edit]

Hello, and thank you for trying to improve Wikipedia by keeping footballer stats up to date, as you did at Stephen Kelly (footballer).

I see someone's already mentioned that when you update the infobox stats, you should at the same time update the correct-as-of datestamp – the |club-update= or |pcupdate= parameter – to a date, or date and time, unambiguously after the last match included in the stats. That parameter feeds the wording at the bottom of the infobox, that says "Senior club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only and correct as of..."

And in the stats table, the Total rows apply only to the club they're in with. So at Stephen Kelly, the second Total row is just for Birmingham City, and not for all the unrelated single rows above it as well. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 09:10, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It's been almost an year since "Indian collaboration of the month" was active. Firstly we need to restart this as soon as possible for development of India-related articles to greater heights. The members page was blanked, where many of them are inactive. This mass message is to all the members of WikiProject India, about this and interested editors interested will sign up. After this message gets delivered, we'll wait for 7 days before we start a discussion under a thread on the collaboration's talk page, among the members. The discussion will include what to clean-up of sub-pages, a new set of guidelines for smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the collaboration etc. Please keep all the discussions under this thread only, so that it will easier for future reference. Supporting Indian Wikipedia Program resource distribution[edit]

In 2017 - 2018, the Wikimedia Foundation and Google working in close coordination with the Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), Wikimedia India chapter (WMIN) and user groups will pilot a program encouraging Wikipedia communities to create locally relevant and high-quality content in Indian languages. This program (Code name: Project Tiger) will:

(a) Support active and experienced Wikipedia editors through the donation of laptops and stipends for internet access and
(b) Sponsor a language-based contest that aims to address existing Wikipedia content gaps.

The objective of the program is to provide laptops and internet stipends for existing editors who need support to contribute more actively. 50 basic model Acer Chromebooks and Internet stipends for 100 contributors are available for distribution. Provided resources are the sole property of the beneficiaries and should be used for the betterment of the movement.

If you're an active Wikimedian, and interested to receive support from this project, please apply. It will take around 10 minutes of your time, and will ask descriptive questions about your contribution to Indic Wikimedia projects.

Project Tiger Writing Contest[edit]

Phase (a) has been completed, during which active contributors were awarded laptops and internet stipends. Phase (b) will be a contest in which editors will come together and develop a writing contest focused on content gaps. Each month three individual prizes will be awarded to each community based on their contribution for the month. The prizes worth 3,000 INR, 2000 INR, and 1,000 INR, will be awarded to the top contributors for each month. The contest started at March 1, 2018, 0:00, and will end at May 31, 2018, 23:59 (IST).
