Calling programmers[edit]

We need coders for the WikiProject Disambigation fixer. We need to make a program to make faster and easier the fixing of links. We will be happy if you could check the project. You can Help! --Neo139 08:55, 5 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm afraid I have little time. As much as I use Wikipedia, I'd much enjoy contributing to this project, but my work demands are much too fierce as of late. Regrettably, I must decline. Perhaps time will free and I may be able to contribute in the near future, but for the next 3 months, I am busy Dirtydan667 05:26, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wikiproject Latinos[edit]

I just wanted to let you know about Wikiproject Latinos.--JuanMuslim 1m 21:10, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Now that is something to which I am able to contribute; as I've always said: mathematics and coding require brainpower...being a Latino comes easily. Dirtydan667 07:50, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Odd edit summary (topic closed-future edits will be reverted immediately)[edit]

Are the contents of the edit summary for your McKinney, Texas edit of 24 February the contents you intended? It appears that there may have been a problem with the popups script. Mmccalpin 15:10, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They are not what I intended, and I cannot change them after the fact. Just an unfortunate occurrence, truly. I'll play around with the popup to see if it is going to persist. Dirtydan667 17:27, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Then again, get a clue. I feel that it is rather obvious that I didn't intend for that to happen; I imagine that the hundreds of users of that script didn't intend to, as well. Go waste their time, too, while you're at it. Gee, what should I do about it? A) Not use the script anymore (done), and B) cry a river because one edit summary on one article that few care about got botched (in progress). Dirtydan667 15:55, 1 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That was rather uncivil of me. Dirtydan667 19:40, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Please see my post at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject JavaScript#Nested RegExp.
