I appreciate your due diligence as a great wikipedia editor, but I think the two pages I had for the 2020 World Men's Curling Championship and 2020 World Women's Curling Championship should be reverted back to full page status. I am a little confused. The teams that have qualified are based on their rank at the appropriate world events. Such as the European Curling Championship. If the Top 7 teams from that championship qualify for the World Men's Curling Championship and such teams are proven to have come in the top 7, doesn't that mean they have qualified based on the rules in the document? It absolutely supports the list of qualified countries as you indicate Edwyth, more sources would be good, but moving this to draft space was silly. Tomorrow I will add several sources and put it back into mainspace. None of the qualifying countries were named in the document, it was a general description of qualifying rules. If an article does not have supporting citations it may be moved to draft, no discussion needed. From the individual who did not understand the material in the first place, LOL. An Olympic sport that is in the qualification process should be improved, not hidden. 'No discussion needed' is a lousy way to work in a community setting, particularly with a newer user who should be encouraged. No worries, thank you for taking the time promoting my pages back to mainspace. I was considering resubmitting it for approval, but this was much faster. The Real Love Boat[edit]

Is it possible for you to update the results table for the article? It has barely been touched since the move to Paramount+, and it needs to be cleaned up (new contestants, eliminations being synced to the week it happened, etc.) The only thing I suggest keeping is the couple names still in play that are listed under the weeks. American Idol (season 21)[edit]

So, someone keeps removing the genders from the elimination chart claiming that "it's neutralizing" or something like that. And he demands that it should be removed from EVERY Idol article.   • Hey Edwyth, nice to meet you. BrickMaster, unfortunately, doesn't seem to fully understand what is going on, but it's quite simple. Whether someone is male or female is irrelevant to note in those articles, and it enforces a gender binary that belongs to a different era. In addition, I'm sure you agree that using blue or pink to denote biological sex or even gender is from the time of our grandmothers, not ours, and that it has no place in an encyclopedic article.     • Hello @Drmies That makes sense to me, I think this whole male/female thing was a holdover from American Idol 4-14 where it VERY much mattered what gender the contestants were because their Semi-Finals were divided that way (in the case of specifically Season 8 the highest voted male and female of each group in the semi-final round would make the top 13 automatically), so I think it is important that the gender of Season 4-14 be retained as it had very real implication on the results, but starting with Season 15 the gender of the contestant no longer played a factor in anything, so I am okay with removing it thereafter. How would you suggest denoting the gender of the contestants for season 4-14? Pink and Blue may be boring and outdated, but useful. Edwyth (talk) 09:19, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
      • Hey Edwyth, thanks for the note. Yes, I remember that vaguely, but there has to be a better way than that color coding; "M/F" is already better. Anyway, that's not just up to me. I posted there, to generate some wider interest, and I have no doubt there's editors there who would benefit from what you have to say, and that the community will be able to come up with a solution.
