Gail Simone[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to Gail Simone, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept uncited material. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. Improvements Request to James Talarico Page[edit]

Hello User:EnzoTC. I am on the campaign staff for James Talarico, and am therefore in a conflict of interest relationship according to Wikipedia criteria. There is some information that is old, some incorrect, and a few updates (with formatted sources) we have proposed on the talk page of the article about him. Since James is also a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, I was wondering if you might find it a good use of your time to help improve this article. Thanks for your consideration. Disambiguation link notification for August 1[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of sovereign states and dependent territories in Africa, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Birr. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Ask a question[edit]

Ask a question
Hello my friend

I have recently started working on Wikipedia. Can you teach me how to upload a photo? Can I give you the picture and you upload it? Or teach me if I have to do it myself?

Regards and Thanks B.sooshiant (talk) 11:01, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello friend,
You can upload photos through Wikimedia Commons (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page), your Wikipedia account carries over to that website too. After you have uploaded an image onto Commons, you can use it on a Wikipedia page by either clicking the "Use This File" link on the photo's page or by using the format "[[ File:file_name.jpg|description of the image]]", in either case you can then put this into a Wikipedia page to put the image into the page.
Hope this helps and wish you success with edits. EnzoTC (talk) 00:59, 4 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
