A tag has been placed on Giovanni Niubo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. File permission problem with File:Giovanni Niubo Freak Night 2015.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Giovanni Niubo Freak Night 2015.jpg, which you've attributed to https://www.instagram.com/p/9hP_AdMmNt/ (No permission statement at that address). I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BethNaught (talk) 19:07, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Giovanni Niubo. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Melcous (talk) 01:18, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop.[edit]

Stop deleting the dates off the page, it makes the page look wonky and unprofessional. The source is all in the skam Austin Wikipedia page, stop deleting his musical experiences......... Fabianneely (talk) 01:37, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Giovanni Niubo[edit]

Stop your pr polishing of this text and the attempt to transform it into an PR hub, with manipulation of sources, birthdate, etc. Wikipedia is a neutral and shoulb be sourced and neutral, not an page IMDB page. Tm (talk) 20:34, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The information you’re changing it to is incorrect. On one section you put born 96, and in another you put born in 99. You also put false information about school life which isn’t posted anywhere. Unless you have valid proof of everything, just leave it with the information that is online instead of posting something that has been revised numerous times over the years. Or ask the person whom this Wikipedia account is about, himself. Fabi121302 (talk) 20:39, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You were the one that put all the information originally like the fact that he was born in 1996, in 2015, and given that started to work in 2009, did he started to work with 5 years old, as per IMDB? Or, saying more blantly, as you claimed to be Giovanni Niubo did you start working with 5 years? Or what do you say about the manipulation of your of his\your person birthdate, as in the IMDB and Wikipedia his birthday is constantly changing, from 1996 to 1998, to change a second time from 1998 to 1999, and then from being born in 1999 on the 2017 IMDB page, to being born in 2000 in a change made by him in 2018 to his English Wikipedia bio, to be changed again from 2000 to 2002, and now in the IMDB his last birthday is 2004. Either you\he is 25 years old at least or something is pretty wrong

Given your edits, please comment on this thread. Tm (talk) 20:44, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As I do not have contact everything gathered is gathered through online activity based on posts and research, and like any research and most things posted online some information gathered was wrong hence the constant revisions. All that I have to base off are other online biographies posted online and I keep it as close to those. There is nothing about school life online nor age. Fabi121302 (talk) 21:00, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you claim that your edits are based in "posts and are research", then how do explain that you claimed to be Giovanni Niubo? You uploaded this file and claimed that "Uploaded on my instagram, @GiovanniNiubo". And how do you answer that your identity was confirmed by OTRS 2016010310011334? Tm (talk) 21:37, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Or that in Commons:Deletion requests/File:Giovanni Niubo Freak Night 2015.jpg, you claimed "as I am the one in the photo", i.e. you said that you are Giovanni_Niubo, then how now you claimed that you did your edits based in "online activity based on posts and research" and that "some information gathered was wrong hence the constant revisions". Tm (talk) 21:41, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I was claiming the photograph to be of that person after I received consent to post the initial photograph on Wikipedia, and that was the consent message. Fabi121302 (talk) 21:42, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dont try to change what you wrote, you said. You never said that you had authorization of the depicted person, but you said "i am the one in the photo" and that the image was previously published on my' instagram, @GiovanniNiubo". Please, stop this attempt at "gaslighting" and read Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest#Writing_about_yourself,_family,_friends and Wikipedia:Autobiography. Tm (talk) 21:48, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The message written on that is the message of consent I received to post the initial photograph. Fabi121302 (talk) 21:49, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And your deletion request on Wikipedia Commons? You never said the person on this photo, but "I as the owner" and "i am the one in the photo". Where is this phrases not an admition of who you are? Tm (talk) 21:56, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

“I as the owner, I am the one in the photo” is the consent message I received to post the initial photograph, as I did not want it to later be removed for copyright. Fabi121302 (talk) 21:57, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Not it is not. You uploaded this photo in 2015-12-11 19:03, but the excerpts if from the full phrase asking for the deletion of that image as"Hello, I uploaded this file before but now I as the owner wish for it to be removed please. As I am the one in the photo I don't feel comfortable with the visuals thanks. Fabianneely (Discussão) 05:27, 6 December 2020 (UTC)", i.e. more than five years later, you wrote that you are the owner of the photo and the "one in the photo". So dont try this venue again, as this is all recorded with timestamps and by OTRS. Tm (talk) 22:15, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As it was requested to later be removed, that was the message that I received pertaining the sudden demand of the photographs removal. Fabi121302 (talk) 22:17, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

February 2021[edit]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Giovanni Niubo, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Tommi1986 talk! 21:46, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I was not vandalizing the page, but rather fixing errors to match the other articles online. Fabi121302 (talk) 21:56, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB is not a reliable source, per WP:CITEIMDB. If you use it to source WP:BLP information again, you will be blocked. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:59, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I will not use IMDB to source information again. I will continue to try and fix the page in the future as more reliable sources that aren’t IMDB are released. Thank you. Fabi121302 (talk) 22:05, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
