Reponse from my talk page (copied): The question in this case is whether you have permission from the copyright owner to use the images on your website, or whether you yourself are now the copyright owner. If you only have permission, you don't have the authority to put a free license on the images. If you are the copyright owner, then you can release the images under the GFDL, under Creative Commons, or to the public domain. In this case, however, you would have to show you are the copyright owner. You can get more information at the copyright policy page. Copyrights again

You recently uploaded a number of images from your image website. You have claimed before that you are the owner of the website, and I read your legal disclaimer. However, that disclaimer does not suggest you actually know the copyright status of any of your images — only that you "intend" to use only free images. Also, the submit form doesn't even ask for copyright information. Please do not upload images from your website, as Wikipedia cannot accept any image without being certain it truly has a free license.
