WP:BLP policy and Azam Khan

Consider this a final warning. The Azam Khan (politician) article is clearly within the scope of the discretionary sanctions you have been notified of above, and furthermore, citing a source which states that named individuals have been arrested for murder to support an edit which asserts that they in fact committed the crime, as you did here [1] is a flagrant breach of WP:BLP policy.
