Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. With respect to your note about the above at the article's talk, I just wanted to stop by and let you know how to verify this authorization of permission. Since Wikipedia does not have a procedure for verifying identity at account creation, we must have external verification of all permission to use previously published material. For the protection of the encyclopedia and copyright holders, we blank all such articles pending verification of release.
There are basically two ways to go about it. The easiest is to place a notice at the external site indicating that you are releasing the material into public domain or under the license of GFDL. If you are willing to do this, then you can make a note indicating that you have done so and providing a direct link to the release at the article's talk page, which will allow us to publish the contents. (Please note that the release must be sufficiently broad. Wikipedia's contents must be free for modification and reuse, commercially or otherwise, and the release must be irrevocable. The only right that our contributors retain is the right to attribution.) If you do not wish to post a release at the website, you do have the option of verifying your permission via e-mail. The procedure for that is set out at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. This process is a little slower, as it may take about a week for the permission letter to be cleared and logged. Please be sure to follow the procedure closely, as incomplete release may create further delays.

Since the article has been tagged for over 21 days and we do not yet have verification of permission by the processes set out above, the article has had to be deleted. This deletion is not necessarily permanent. If you have already sent a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed by the Communications Committee. Likewise, if you have not yet sent a letter, you may certainly do so at any point, and the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed.
If you do resend your letter, please be sure that the Wikipedia article is clearly noted as well as the external source and that your e-mail address is in some way connected to that external source, so that we can verify your authority to release the material. As I noted, since Wikipedia does not require proof of identity on account creation, it is essential that we receive external proof of authorization in order to ensure that we remain compliant with US Copyright law. It is also essential that we verify that copyright holders understand the extent of the release they are authorizing, in that GNU Free documentation license permits modification and reuse in any forum, even commercial publication, as long as authorship credit is maintained.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included.
