As a confirmed user, you should be able to respond to edit requests on semi-protected pages. You respond by evaluating the requested edit according to normal Wikipedia policy as it applies to the related page. Is the change properly based on a published, reliable source? Is it something we would add considering due weight? More details at WP:edit requests.

Punjabier's disruption, editing pattern, CIR issues, etc. are totally unique and Grayson Indica is a clear case of WP:DUCK: see here.

On a different note, each time their socks edit, they leave behind a trail of problematic edits in caste-related articles, as they are very fond of WP:UGC & have CIR issues. Many of their copyvios have been removed and there may be more left, e.g.:
