Founding date... I see that you put May of 1913 in the article, but the month isn't sourced. http://media.clemson.edu/library/special_collections/findingaids/manuscripts/Mss0345TauSigmaDelta.html says June 5th, any references for may?Naraht (talk) 02:23, 23 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Naraht, I simply filled in the information from the page to the infobox. If there's a source that says different, I'd go for it. My apologies for the inconvenience. Don't help me, help the bear. 03:03, 23 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Information such as founding date should probably be in both the text and the infobox. Baird's from 1920 says May of 1913, but it is curious that a founding date should be that difficult to find. Are you a member of TSD? For that a pledge manual or something similar would be a great reference.Naraht (talk) 03:09, 23 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Naraht, I am a member. However, as an honor society we don't have a "pledge manual". I'm sure I could find it on some documentation online. Don't help me, help the bear. 05:32, 23 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Motto (in greek?)[edit]

Tau Sigma Delta appears to be pretty open with the fact that the motto is "Technitai Sophoi kai Dexioi... Craftsmen, Skilled and Trained." However I'd like to add the actual greek. So far I've got spellings that I'm reasonably happy with the words. ΤΕΧΝΊΤΕΣ ΣΟΦΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΞΙΟΙ, but I'd prefer to actually have the entire phrase in greek as written by Tau Sigma Delta. Any ideas where to find?Naraht (talk) 14:02, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Let me look at some of our documentation and I'll get back with you 🙂 Don't help me, help the bear. 20:40, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Naraht, I wasn't able to find any Greek spellings in our text. My apologies. Don't help me, help the bear. 20:47, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Time to ask National Leadership/National Board???Naraht (talk) 20:53, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Guess so, I'll shoot a message to them right now. Hopefully we get a response tomorrow! Don't help me, help the bear. 20:55, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Proper English Spelling[edit]

I noticed that while the National website has the last word as Dexioi , many other sites about chapters etc. have Dexioti (note the extra a), any ideas?Naraht (talk) 20:59, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Go with the National spelling. Does the spelling completely change the word? Don't help me, help the bear. 21:05, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Whoops, that should the extra t. Especially since National agrees with Baird's we don't even have to notice those. :) Also, does anything in the 1920 Baird's information that I added to the article look odd? Since the edition was prior to copyright, I just copied it straight over and added a few "as of"s.Naraht (talk) 21:17, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Nothing looks too weird, I find it strengthens the article by providing a good amount of background. Don't help me, help the bear. 07:07, 26 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

And also[edit]

On the main webpage for TSD, it has as the title of one of the sections "More About Our Company", that may have been left over from when they started developing this site...Naraht (talk) 20:59, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
