August 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Serols. I wanted to let you know that one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Color in Chinese culture—has been undone because it appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thank you. Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at WP:HD, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. David Biddulph (talk) 10:48, 24 August 2021 (UTC) Regarding this help desk quesrion, there is a link to the talk page for Serols above where the signature is.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 22:52, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
