Blocked Websites Usage

I would like to know the reason why few websites which are authentic source are blocked on wikipedia, which we cannot use as a reference for citation? Example: yourstory.com

Although we often restore deleted material on request, I'm afraid that for legal reasons we don't do so with copyright violations.

You have an obvious conflict of interest and you must declare it. 1. I do not work directly or indirectly for the organization and neither do am I paid directly or indirectly by the organization.
2. I now completely understand the rules and regulations for editing an article and will ensure that any type of conflict of interest will not be published.
3. Since the creation of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Informatics_(India)_Limited article involved lot of research, I would request you to undelete my content and provide me opportunity to edit such that there are no COI .
4. I have read all the above guidliness for writing an article and will ensure that the further edits are in-line with the same.
