Note regarding your complaint on your article[edit]

Hi,

I have stumbled upon this debate regarding your Wikipedia biography. There are two complaints you have made. First is that the characterizations of your prior work (for which you became well known) as conspiratorial or white nationalist are unfair. Second is that you now repudiate the views you once expressed.

Regarding the first point, our hands are really tied, because that is how reliable sources ("reliable sources" is not my opinion, but a specific category of sources defined by Wikipedia; see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources) describe your past work. Wikipedia is not a creative exercise; we simply go off what reliable sources say. Therefore we must say your prior work was conspiratorial, alt right, and white nationalist.

Regarding the second point, I have some sympathy to your point of view, and have edited your page accordingly (it now says that you "drew attention" for your past promotion of white nationalist/conspiratorial views, but not that you are presently a white nationalist, etc). However, it would be best if you self-published an article describing which views you now repudiate. (We can use your own writings as a source about yourself, per WP:ABOUTSELF, even though you would not be concerned a "reliable source" in Wikipedia's technical definition of the term).
