Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Mohit Ahlawat[edit]

Hello. We appreciate your contributions to the Mohit Ahlawat article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. Amalthea 19:49, 23 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As am I, since I had to again revert you. The text you re-introduced was, as far as I can tell, copy&pasted from various places on the Internet (e.g. 1 2). As I've written above, Wikipedia cannot accept such material since it goes against our licensing model, which you agree to every time you save an edit.
In addition, most of the information you added was not verifiable; for biographies of living people, we must take the greatest care that we are not merely perpetuating rumors, all material should be sourced reliably.
Like I said above, if you have questions about this, ask me, I'm here to help. Don't be sad about it. :)

Proposed deletion of Mohit Ahlawat[edit]

The article Mohit Ahlawat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unsourced, non notable actor, fails WP:GNG, tagged for multiple years

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 11:08, 26 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
