A tag has been placed on File:Lepa-brenaa.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. December 2017[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without evidence of permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted. Please take this opportunity to ensure that you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  TonyBallioni (talk) 20:29, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • To be unblocked, you must convince us that you understand our copyright policy and that you intend to abide by it. Until we are convinced that you will not further violate the copyright policy, you will not be able to edit. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:30, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I did not do anything wrong. I edit the page of my favorite singer, when those who are supposed to do it already are not doing it. I would ask your to unblock me because there is no reason to do that. Maja Polovina (talk) 20:51, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You are currently blocked for copyright violations, not for editing the article of your favourite singer; please address that in your next unblock request. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 20:59, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • The problem here is that you have continued to upload copyrighted content (pictures) that have to be deleted. You must demonstrate to us that you understand what files can and can't be uploaded under our copyright policy before you can be unblocked. TonyBallioni (talk) 21:09, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2017 election voter message[edit]

Hello, Maja Polovina. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I can not believe you've permanently blocked me. What did I do wrong? Please, please tell me what I did wrong? I edited the page of Lepa Brena, and absolutely no warning has come to do something wrong. Although there was no need for it, because I did nothing wrong ... Why did not you first notify me that I was wrong, if I was already wrong? You've blocked me, and it's for permanent. I'm very disappointed, very much. I never expected this. Terrible, insolent and arrogant behavior on your part. If I thank this for the countless pages I made and which are verified and for which I received praise from the administrator, then fine. So you are giving me back everything that I did for Wikipedia. And I apologize in advance if there are grammatical errors in the text, I am not from the English speaking field. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina! Maja Polovina (talk) 23:53, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Once again. The (original) reason you were blocked was uploading copyrighted content. Until you acknowledge that and agree not to you will not be unblocked. As ToniBallioni writes above, "The problem here is that you have continued to upload copyrighted content (pictures) that have to be deleted. You must demonstrate to us that you understand what files can and can't be uploaded under our copyright policy before you can be unblocked." Insulting other users on the one hand while continuing to not understand why you were blocked on the other may lead to your losing the ability to edit your talk page. Please do not make a further unblock request (demand) until you are ready to acknowledge understanding of the reason for being blocked and assure us the blockable behavior will not recur. An apology for the tirade would not hurt. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 00:52, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
