ধন্যবাদ, আমি আপনার আমন্ত্রণ সাগ্রহে গ্রহণ করছি। আসলে, আমি বাংলা ভাষায় আর্টিকেল লেখার ব্যাপারে জ্ঞান কম। তাছাড়া, ইংরেজী উইকিপিডিয়া তেই সবাই মুলত পড়ে, তো সেখানে খুবই বিখ্যাত কিছু বাংলাদেশির বায়োগ্রাফি ছিল না, যা খুবই বিব্রতকর, আমি এরকম কিছু লোকের বায়োগ্রাফি যোগ করেছি। যাহোক, উইকিপ্রোজেক্টে যদি লেখার মত ভাল কিছু আর্টিকেল তৈরীর রিকোয়েস্ট থাকে আমি সেগুলো অবশ্যই করব। আমাকে এরকম কয়েকটি আর্টিকেলের বিষয়ে অবগত করুন যেগুলো বাংলা উইকিপিডিয়াতে যোগ করা খুবই প্রয়োজনীয়। তবে একটি বিষয় লক্ষ্য করার মত, যে ইংরেজী উইকিপিডিয়াতে বাংলা চলচ্চিত্রের পেজ খুবই নগন্য (<১২০০)। কিন্তু, তেলুগু, মালয়ালাম এসব ভাষায় প্রায় প্রতিটি সিনেমারই আর্টিকেল আছে। তাই, বাংলা চলচ্চিত্রের আর্টিকেল তৈরী করা খুবই জরুরী। আপনার সচেতনতার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। মাখামাখি (talk) 15:12, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

WP:SPEAKENGLISH does say "on all talk pages of English Wikipedia". The header to which you refer says "These guidelines apply specifically to discussion pages which are used for collaboration, which includes just about all talk pages other than user talk pages. The application of these guidelines to user talk pages should be governed by common sense and should not supersede guidelines and policies specific to those pages." I can't find any guidelines or policies specific to user talk pages which contradict the general guidelines (unless I've missed something), and the section on user talk pages at WP:User pages#Terminology and page locations links to Help:Talk pages. I agree that it's not disastrous to have a conversation in another language on a user talk page, but in a collaborative project it is preferable that comments be comprehensible to the community, and I ought to have used the word "preferable" rather than "should" in my message. --David Biddulph (talk) 11:24, 9 January 2018 (UTC)

I see from your talk page above that you've already been warned about this before; you are clearly not following the instructions at WP:AFDHOW because your nominations are incorrectly formatted and missing required steps. I am particularly concerned by your failure to use any edit summaries when you are nominating articles for deletion, and at List of Christian Nobel laureates, you even put the nomination in a subsection instead of at the top of the article, so editors had no proper notice until I fixed it. Reliable sources and notability

One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable, by being clearly attributed to reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. Stop creating articles, such as Nowrin Jahan Khan Jenny sourced to:

• biographybd, banglamovies, banglasonglyrics, and other websites that have none of the characteristics of reliable sources. Ask at WP:RSN if you have questions.
• BMDb, bestinfobd, and other sites that get information from Wikipedia. That leads to circular referencing.
• IMDb, last.fm, Wikipedia, and other user-generated sites. Such sources are not reliable.

Since 1 January you have made these mistakes over and over and over. Despite repeated feedback, innumerable article deletions, and a block for disruptive editing, your judgement about the notability of topics, reliability of sources, and deletion discussions does not appear to be improving. If English is not your first language, you may have difficulty fully understanding the policies and guidelines on the English-language Wikipedia. Presenting opinions as facts

Hi there, re: these edits, please refrain from presenting opinions as facts. It's not a fact that Richa Chadha's outfit resembles one of Madhuri Dixit's. This is an opinion, and opinions should be attributed to the voice that spoke it, a la "John Doe of Hindustan Times noted a similarity between Chadha's costume in ___ song and Madhuri Dixit's outfit in ___." But without any context to explain why we're suddenly talking about someone's costume, I don't see what encyclopedic benefit this content has. In a larger section about the film's costuming or something, I could see value, but a random sentence is weird. You need to understand that, he is a member of just a popular band. But one of your two references are noteworthy. Moviebuff, Itunes, Mp3mad, Tamilmusic such music downloading cites with just three or four sentence mention aren't allowed in wikipedia. I think you're new. The references you provided add them in the article instead, by using {{cite web|url=|title=|accessdate=}}, I'll review. Hello. I noticed that you have proposed multiple articles for deletion without including edit summaries indicating the articles were prodded. WP:PROD says, "Provide a clear edit summary indicating the page has been proposed for deletion." That helps admins and other editors determine if the article was previously. With what I know about the Sangam literature thus far, poets of the Sangam period generally contribute to the Sangam literature with just a handful of verses, and sometimes even just one or two, because contributing to the Sangam literature itself was considered highly prestigious. Very few poets have written hundreds of verses (Valluvar, for example, wrote 1330 verses). Notability is not determined by the number of verses but by the context of the writing, meaning of the verse, depth of thought, reproduction by other poets and scholars, adoption into the cultural mainstream, etc. In short, the very contribution to the literature was considered notable. (Tiruvalluva Maalai, for example, is a work that contains just 55 verses, each written by different poets. Such was the uniqueness of the Sangam era). Coming to Idaikaadar, there were at least two persons by that name, and they have written several verses (again "several" in the Sangam parlance). I'm yet to see who wrote which. One thing I know for sure is both of them were Sangam contributors. Once we segregate their contributions, we may need to create another article for the other person of his namesake.
