This is the second time I have viewed Ms. Bain's bio and it has been erased...is it racism or sexism?; or is there some haters operating here out of vindictiveness or jealousy? By what authority do you have to erase Raymone Bain's bio; and, what the hell is a "publicizer"...there should be some criteria for those who are even given the opportunity to edit bios on Wikipedia. If not, this site will lose it's credibility and become a joke. If people in the US find out that anybody can just log on and erase person's online image, then it's over. There is a difference between editing and erasing. What do you mean there are no substantiations?...There are eight (8) articles listed as confirmation of this woman's career history, more than what is listed for most.

I have a good mind to contact her and have her contact the editorial board of wikipedia as this stinks.

Hi there; I had to revert the change you made to the Raymone Bain article. One of the reasons the article keeps getting nominated for deletion is because of all the promotional language in it- by this we mean unsourced claims, unencyclopedic language, lack of proper citations for claims etc. The page looked like a really overdone press release from a PR firm. Its an encylopedia article, not a bio or online profile. We are all volunteers here, and yes, anyone can edit! We edit because we think building a free encyclopedia is a wonderful idea; people making money from paid editing or promotion are not well considered, so anything that looks like it, tends to raise suspicions. For the award to be in the article, you need to find mention of the award published in a newspaper or list of recipients from a reliable, third party independent source. I looked, and while I could find references for many of the statements made in the article, I couldnt find anything for the award, thats why I removed it. The unsourced photomontage inserted by another user is not suitable, and not a reference you can use to support any statement or claim. If you know of any articles published about Miss Bain that mention it, the award can go back in. If you need any help formatting references, drop me a line on my talkpage Curdle (talk) 17:13, 2 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
