If you want to contact a specific user privately, many have activated the email feature and if you have also provided an email address in your preferences you will find a "Email this user" link in the left sidebar on those users' user and user talk pages (see for example my user page). The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements.
