hi Fuhghettaboutit regarding the files and photos that i uploaded and i got a deletation email . i read the laws and i now know the rules an advisor told me how to use the licenceses and citations . they told me to edit my files . my questions is how should i change my files when i am blocked in these 2-3 days that i was blocked i was reading the laws and rules and i should edit my words and files . can i kindly be unblocked and i won't submit until i have an advisor approval or short review . i send and appeal request and i gave a short answer so i lost my chance and i get unblocked . how long should i wait and how could i change them and add my external links and citation and information and change them ? and my last question is you have written Mr. shafaghi works in IFIA - he is an international inventor and I cited 3-4 links and news from IFIA website how come could it not have notability ? i mean ifia and inventors news are published on ifia websites or in persian its published on another website . there is no other link and reference for inventors except wipo and ifia and inventor.ir website and thats obvious . thanks for giving me your time and i would appreciate it if helping me in sending an appeal request to get unblocked for editing my article . best regards Neda.sajedi (talk) 01:54, 30 March 2021 (UTC)nedas.ajedi[reply]

Your post above does not address the reason for your block at all, which is about text copyright violations (and plagiarism) in your draft; your re-addition of the infringing content after I removed it and revdeleted the history; and, after I explicitly warned you above, and provided the above notice providing lots of information about not copy-pasting previously written material (as I also referred to when I left you a message with a ping at the Teahouse), you re-added the infringing content a second time. It is entirely unrelated to the files you uploaded to the Commons; it is entirely unrelated to notability, nor does my block affect anything on Commons, where all the files are hosted. Also, you have not appealed your block by following the procedure above to draw a third-party here to review your unblock appeal:

unblock reasons[edit]

greetings and good morning i've been blocked indefinitely for the past several days and i talked to 3-4 admins and advisors to know the reason and i found out that my images and files must be liecences and i read the rules and uploading laws . i think i've understood why i've been blocked and it's no longer necessary because i won't do it again, and you will make productive contributions instead. my document about Dr. shafaghi was taken from website and linkedin and i was told to change my words with linkes and evidence and know i have prepared a new document in my own words thats shord and non of the extra citation is in it now . ==== i got rid of them in my new article and i rewrited it from scratch now that i gor famillier with the rules ====and i would appreciate it if i could have access to my account to edit my article and relicence my my files and images and delete the ones thats not needed and delete extra parts and submit it . in the past few days i've read 5-6 articles and talked to several admins and i thinks i wont repeat the mistakes i had done before

hi and thanks for giving me your time dear @Yamla about the questions you have asked and evidence that i have understood the rules 1- in my own words copyright IS A LAW means each and every text or media or file or image has a intelectual property and i can't use it or copy it even if i have the permission from the owner or it's my own files . i can use short phrases in qoutation or request for copyrigh ( send massage to the owner and ask for licence (CC BY-SA ) and permission )so it can be used on wikipedia but its better not to be copied .copied text must be licensed under (CC BY SA)

2- under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-SA) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL)

3- BECAUSE it's a encyclopedia and reference and true documents should be shared and peaple are not interested in copy article and texts on the other hand wikipedia is and international project and because of the laws and intellectual property and the right each and every person has regarding his own documents .


4- copyright is surely restricted on wikipedia but in case it is needed to use a part of a text or an image in some cases we can use copy righ licence (CC BY-SA and GFDL )1- we are the copyrigh holder or we could find a copyright holder and ask for permission and then send the confirmation to wikipedia 2- documents tagged as fair use can not be used and copy righted other documnets with free licenses like cc by sa .... of other licences such as this one could be used

5-i'm new to wikipedia and i wasn't famillier with the laws after the blocking and deletation case i read the laws and deleted the copied text that was from other websites .to show that i truly understood the fact of copyright and wikipedia's prophecy is that i have changed my whole article . getting rejected and being blocked was very disappointing and i'll do my best not to repeat my past mistakes for the next time and i'll go through the rules several times and read 2-3 similar articles and ask for help on tree house before submitting

@Fuhghettaboutit: as blocking administrator. What do you think, blocking admin? I'd argue that Neda.sajedi has missed all of WP:FAIRUSE (which is tricky), but the rest is generally fine. The confines of block are apparently misunderstood – the lack of its relationship to any separate Commons issues – but the "global" language sounds like the gist of what matters may have been gotten across. (Of course, there's no response here to the mandatory and affirmative obligation to comply with WP:PAID, as I wrote about above, but it was after the block, so I'm not going to make it a condition of appeal, though it would have gone a long way.) As to fair use, in all, er, fairness, as far as I am concerned the block was unrelated to anything directed related to its application, and I take it as actually a good sign that it's mentioned, despite its essentially irrelevancy to the block grounds – because it indicates Neda.sajedi attempted to digest the copyright notices where it's mentioned.
