Request reason:

The guidelines state that "If editors live or work together and share a computer or an internet connection, or use a public computer or shared network, their accounts may be linked by CheckUser. To avoid accusations of sock puppetry, users in that position should declare the connection on their user pages." which I did here and here. My IP was repeatedly block so I set up an account. I instantly stated that I live within the same residence as User:PhilthyBear. I followed the guidelines. We share similar interests because we are both (along with User:NationalCapital) friends, and graduates of Urban Planning, as I stated here. If this is the criteria for sock puppetry that would mean no one in my place of residence can ever actively take part on wikipedia, and anyone who shares IP's with blocked users are sock puppets.

Decline reason:

Your editing patterns (not to mention CU results coming back as confirmed) clearly match those of PhilthyBear as well as NationalCapital (talk · contribs), who coincidentally made the exact same unblock request as you. –MuZemike 16:46, 23 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
