Here are some things to know: I kept the original colors of your page, but you can change them freely. I also kept the original text in your old page, but you can also change it. I did not include a navigation bar, because Jackrm is working on this. If you need me to add anything, tell me on my talk page. Have you ever known a user named "The Raven's Apprentice"? I noticed that the colors on your talk page are exactly the same as his, and the talk page archive message you have also has the exact same text. Try adding <span style="color: yellow">....text here....</span> to make links visible on a dark background. In the code you can replace "yellow" with whatever color you want, if you don't like yellow.
