It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.

P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 18:37, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stubs[edit]

It is common practice to place stub tags at the bottom of the page. Also, if you can please use a specfic stub, e.g. {{Italy-painter-stub}} for Francesco Morandini instead of {{stub}} that is better and helpful. To help do this there is a list of stubs at WP:WSS/ST. Criticism and response in parapsychology[edit]

Hey, great suggestions about where to go with the article (:

I've been advised to create a sandbox for the Criticism and response in parapsychology article. It's here, renamed to Controversy in parapsychology. I'm not sure if people want to edit under my user page, or edit the main article. But, if it's decided to edit the sandbox, It would be great to have your input. I won't be editing in the beginning, while I see what format people want to use etc. I'm putting this on several talk pages. Martinphi (Talk Ψ Contribs) 05:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Morphogenetic fields[edit]

Hi Puddytang. There's been a new page put up for the notion of morphogenetic field in developmental biology, and the previous pseudoscience page has been moved to "Morphogenetic field (Rupert Sheldrake)". I have been fixing up links, and I took the liberty of fixing one on your user page. I am also proposing a merge of the Sheldrake version with morphic fields, and if you have any interest on the subject, your input would be welcome. -- Duae Quartunciae (t|c) 15:12, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Don Carlos (double sighted dog)[edit]

I have nominated Don Carlos (double sighted dog), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Don Carlos (double sighted dog). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Don Carlos (double sighted dog) listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Don Carlos (double sighted dog). Since you had some involvement with the Don Carlos (double sighted dog) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Your contributed article, Stanley Kubrick/Sandbox[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Stanley Kubrick/Sandbox. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as yourself. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Stanley Kubrick. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Stanley Kubrick - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Basalisk inspect damageberate 21:30, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Help Me[edit]

Editors who were working on the article Stanley Kubrick were using this page [[1]] to store stuff that they had deleted from the article. I created the page [| Stanley_Kubrick/Sandbox ], So that I could make some significant deletions from the article and get some feedback on those deletions before I committed them to the article. My page was quickly deleted, and unfortunately, the associated talk page was also deleted. Can someone help us recover our work, and either move it to my Userspace or help us create a proper sandbox that won't be deleted? Puddytang (talk) 07:27, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It sounds like what you want is to submit a request at WP:Requests for undeletion. DoriTalkContribs 07:42, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free files in your user space[edit]

Hey there Puddytang, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot, alerting you that non-free files are not allowed in user or talk space. I removed some files I found on User:Puddytang/Stanley Kubrick.

  • See a log of files removed today here.
  • Shut off the bot here.
  • Report errors here.
  • If you have any questions, place a {{helpme}} template, along with your question, beneath this message.

Thank you, -- DASHBot (talk) 05:08, 24 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Child of Fortune, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Not Notable

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Status and Advice[edit]

Please ignore the above. Not being notable is a reason for deletion, but not for speedy deletion. Anyway, the criteria for books are at WP:NBOOK , and the above article might meet them. But make sure you have copied nothing from an external web site, particularly the plot summary. DGG ( talk ) 00:12, 25 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:KSPscreenshot.png[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:KSPscreenshot.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
