T.S.I. vs. The Spirit Indestructible[edit]

It's hard to believe that you weren't aware of the previous article, since your article and that article are clearly based on the same text. Multiple identical sentences, and the ones that aren't identical present the same information in the same order. I won't restore the article until there is an official tracklist announced and an official release date set. I can put a copy in your user space for you to work on now, but if you put it back in main article space again, it will be deleted relatively quickly.—Kww(talk) 20:46, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Are you accusing me of copying? I'm talking about the one called T.S.I., I didn't copy any of it and I wrote the things in The Spirit Indestructible just yesterday! thanks anyway but that hurt. I want to see the old one and my version please. I actually read her tweets and watched the videos she uploaded to cover the recording process of the album where I took my information so I'm not sure how they would be identical. You probably haven't read it well and thought they looked the same. (Raivena (talk) 21:12, 6 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]

I read it carefully. I don't delete things for no reason. If you wish to argue against the deletion, you are free to take it to WP:DRV. I'm sure any admin that reviews the two articles will agree with me that your article was derived from first one.—Kww(talk) 22:04, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well you said you will put a copy here so that I can continue working on it where is it? I wasnt arguing about the deletion and I don't want to its fine. You are right it shouldn't have an article until the official tracklist is confirmed at least. Now plase I just wanted you to copy both versions. (74.82.68.18 (talk) 22:26, 6 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]

First, an apology: I was right that the article was a copy, but I was wrong that you did it: another editor had replaced your text with a copy of the previous article, and I didn't notice that your original was not the same. I hope you can accept my apology.

Your text (not the original article, which was pretty bad, and doesn't contain useful material) is now at User:Raivena/The Spirit Indestructible. When it's ready (and there's a tracklist and release date), let me know, and I will put it back.—Kww(talk) 23:17, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Nelly Furtado[edit]

I appreciate your constructive work on the Nelly Furtado page, but can you please combine more of your edits before hitting "Save page"? You might find the "Show preview" button useful for doing this. It makes it far more tedious to monitor changes to the article when there are tons of separate edits that could easily have been combined. Thanks. --Jester7777 17:06, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greatest Hits (Nelly Furtado album), an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Greatest Hits (Nelly Furtado album) satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Greatest Hits (Nelly Furtado album) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Greatest Hits (Nelly Furtado album) during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Closedmouth 06:24, 2 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Nelly furtado greatest hits cover.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Nelly furtado greatest hits cover.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:47, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use Image:Ahlam_Music_Video.jpg[edit]

Replaceable fair use
Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Ahlam_Music_Video.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 11:58, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Burn in the Spotlight Tour, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Problems with upload of File:Bent Osol.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Bent Osol.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 00:05, 23 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Bent Osol, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page English (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 11:01, 26 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Anida has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Album lacks substantial RS coverage (having checked gnews and gbooks). Also, the article is no help in reflecting notability -- zero refs.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of Anida for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Anida is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Anida until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Epeefleche (talk) 05:35, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bent Osol, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing. Epeefleche (talk) 18:33, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
