Guest characters in general are likely notable; video game specific ones are unlikely to be notable. I also express doubt the list is notable, per WP:LISTN. "One accepted reason why a list topic is considered notable is if it has been discussed as a group or set by independent reliable sources", which video game specific guest characters don't seem to be.
