Hi, to answer your question on Talk:Pelagic zone: On the topic of "cruft", or "fancruft" (is that what you mean?) WP:CRUFT may be able to provide some basic info, but since I'm not exactly sure about your situation, it is probably best to ask the more experienced editors at Wikipedia's Help Desk.
