While the article was edited by the IP after your most recent edits, those edits did not appear to revert any of the changes you made. Don't just revert the IPs edits, as they do seem to be in good faith; if there is some part of it that is incorrect, you are, of course, welcome to correct the information. You just said it right there, "so the chance that something could change is minimal". That right there violates WP:CHRYSTAL. Something can change (it probably wont but it can). What you need to do is request that the article be moved, you can do that at WP:RQM.
