You seem to be canvassing multiple Wikipedia editors to write an article on Oskar Hartmann for you. Do not do this. It suggests you are acting on behalf of the subject which is seriously frowned upon. There is a place to request new articles from the Wikipedia community - Wikipedia:Requested articles.
