Thank you for the sources. Source #2 appears to copy from the same database as source #1 (the Geonames one maintained by the ational Geospatial-Intelligence Agency); #3 and #4 can similarly be ignored as these are automatically generated pages, probably from the same database. The underlying database is often alright as a source, but it's not always watertight and should generally be avoided in favour of more reliable sources. But even then, the information available on the pages you've presented above allows us to only say that there's a place in Afghanistan called "Saraik" and that it's in Bamyan province. Those pages do not say that this is the same place as Sayghan. This information is available elsewhere though ([1], which is probably yet another interface to the same database, or [2]). Those two sources may be acceptable for the statement that Sayghan was formerly known as "Saraik" or "Sarayek".

One other point: the fact that the name of this place in Afghanistan is similar to the name of the Saraiki people 500 km away in Pakistan doesn't by itself mean much: it looks like a coincidental similarity.
