You are not correct; the man in the photo is wearing rank collar tabs for SS-Rottenführer. It was used as a rank in the Allgemeine SS (general SS), which this man was a member or as a member of the SS-TV branch as a camp guard and it was used as a rank in the Waffen-SS, as well. It was not exclusive to any of the three branches of the SS. See [1] and [2]; their were slight variations at time; could depend on the manufacture. Kierzek (talk) 23:03, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
