Speedy deletion nomination of Kenvil Diner[edit]

Hello Ssjhowarthisawesome,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Kenvil Diner for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Trivialist (talk) 15:59, 15 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Emma Jacobs requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. —C.Fred (talk) 21:17, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Ssjhowarthisawesome", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because your username is too confusing. It is hard to find in searches.. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. Hoops gza (talk) 21:44, 24 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I declined the article because: Most of the references are mere routine notices; the only even borderline on is the Jan 5, 1988 short article. (And in any case you need to write the citation to cite the newspaper article, giving enough information to identify it, not just rely on the Google link). In practice, almost all shopping centers of this size are deleted when brought to AfD, unless there is something special.

Please try not to edit from both an account, and as an unlogged-in ip address. It's confusing.

As advice, what is good to do when you start here is to look for subjects that are clearly and unambiguously notable, with good references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements DGG ( talk ) 05:12, 3 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Blame It on the Stars requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
  • disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

What Dreams Are Made Of[edit]

On the talk page of List of 2015 albums, you listed an album, What Dreams Are Made Of as missing, and asked someone in general to add the album. The wonderful thing about Wikipedia is that it is a group worked project, and anyone can add items. Since you are the person who feels most strongly the album should be added, it would be best if you were the one to add the album to the list. Mburrell (talk) 00:35, 23 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Marty's Shoes[edit]

The article Marty's Shoes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

If the basis for claiming notability for this business is its bankruptcy, then I would say it doesn't meet WP:GNG or WP:CORP. The bankruptcy itself could fall under WP:EVENT, but it doesn't meet that either.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Notice

The article Party Tyme Karaoke has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NMUSIC and WP:GNG. No sources provided, no reliable sources found

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. An article you recently created, Mini Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Non-free rationale for File:51PANJ4FEWL.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:51PANJ4FEWL.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 13:31, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
