Re William Mackenzie (contractor) - you need to cite a reliable source. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:18, 17 April 2014 (UTC) The pyramid was put up 16 years after his death so he is buried under it not inside it The Real History Of Liverpool (talk) 16:29, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Reverted again - we can't rely on your knowledge. You need to cite a source. See WP:V. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:40, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

it is fact and on the page how can you claim he is entombed inside when I have burial records from Liverppol Central library that state clearly he was buried in St Andrews church yard The Real History Of Liverpool (talk) 16:45, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Again, we require a citation. See WP:RELIABLESOURCE and WP:Verifiability. We cannot accept original research either. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 16:56, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

April 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm K6ka. I noticed that you made a change to an article, William Mackenzie (contractor), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 16:48, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Liverpool central Library: Burial records of St Andrews Church Liverpool is my source The Real History Of Liverpool (talk) 16:58, 17 April 2014 (UTC) also The inscription proves that MacKenzie was buried beneath (not entombed inside) the pyramid and that the monument itself was not erected until 16 years after his demise. Even so, the legend of his upright interment continues to be told and believed by many.[reply]
