This account has received over a dozen warnings during the past 3 ½ years, nearly all of which are related to the addition of unsourced content, personal analysis, and otherwise incorrect information. None of these concerns have ever been addressed by the user. This is now their third block, with numerous final warnings interspersed. Seeing that communication is required on Wikipedia, compounded with a now confirmed CU block, I would recommend that the timing of this block be changed to indefinite until this person takes the ownership to respond.
