Madden NFL 08[edit]

Soory but I hate to revert you're most recent edit as Mike Hogan is a non notible person, and I don't think he is real. I think he is "placer holder player" for a rookir who wasn't in the NFLPA at the time. --Crash Underride 05:57, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of NFL on FOX announcer pairings[edit]

An editor has nominated NFL on FOX announcer pairings, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/NFL on FOX announcer pairings and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 22:44, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tyrone Wheatley[edit]

I have revised and renominated Tyrone Wheatley at WP:FAC. Your consideration of its candidacy would be appreciated.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTD) 15:40, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I see you've contributed to bulk of the text to this article. While it's all good info, I just wanted to suggest that you might ty to find different ways saying things to avoid it sounding repetitive. Each paragraph begins similarly, saying something like "as a freshman" or "as a sophomore." Just try to mix it up a little. Keep up the good work!►Chris NelsonHolla! 22:26, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Tony Ortiz[edit]

A tag has been placed on Tony Ortiz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Cato June[edit]

Do you have any thoughts on Talk:Cato_June#Length. There are a couple of editors who have chopped up my articles in the past debating with me about detail.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 21:37, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Tigersfan1992! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 5 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 939 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Drew Sharp - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Trevor Thompson - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

1997 Michigan Wolverines football team[edit]

I have beefed up 1997 Michigan Wolverines football team. It could use some feedback at Wikipedia:Peer review/1997 Michigan Wolverines football team/archive1‎. Also, I had trouble finding game details for the Little Brown Jug game. I hope to take this to WP:FAC so if you get a chance this is one of the more important articles that you might be able to help out.--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 15:14, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed change in format of Atlanta Braves all-time roster[edit]

A change to the format to make it resemble Seattle Mariners all-time roster. The format would be more printer friendly and easier to tell what position each player played, though it would be harder to edit. Battleaxe9872 Talk 15:21, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
