Virtually all your sources are his own writings, which are not independent third-party sources. He is clearly notable, but discussion of his work should be from independent sources, not his own primary research. Also any list of publications doesn't need references for the publications.
• You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
• There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
• You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. • I notice that all your pictures have false licence claims, I don't believe that you took the pictures 50 years after his death as you claim, and the Pakistan government will be surprised that you have released the copyright to their postage stamps.

User:-noah-, I don't know if this is your first AFD, but I can't understand why you accepted it, let alone gave it a B rating. Even if you didn't check the text for copyright, which you should have done, the lack of independent sources and the obviously false image copyright claims, including for a postage stamp, should have led to rejection, even if he's clearly notable.
