@Unknownuser45266: Of course they did not cite sources, that's why they explicitly reported it as an "exclusive". Per WP:RSP and despite what you think about them, Deadline is considered a reliable source, so unless there are actual reports by other reliable sources confirming that the announcement was false, it should not be removed or called "fake".
