You appear to have reverted recent changes (by Mitch Ames and JForget) to the Fluvanna County, Virginia article, regarding Phil Browning. I'm reluctant to re-apply my change because it conflicts with JForget's, and I make no judgement about whether Phil Browning should be mentioned at all. However "winningest" is not very good English. (Although I concede that the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary does mention it as US colloquial.) If you insist that the sentence should stay, please consider rewording it as "most successful".
