I can guarantee you (because I've been up to my elbows in it) that both pages were identical. I've re-added the tags on his userpage because we cannot have articles as userpages. Also, do you make a habit of randomly "rescuing" AFD'd pages? I don't see any indication that anyone involved with this page has contacted you. It's very odd (and I'm genuinely curious).
