Thanks for chart updates![edit]

Hi Wasteitonme! Thanks for helping out on the List of K-pop on the Billboard charts! You did a great job! I see you love the charts like I do! I made a few changes on all the Year End charts today. I was planning to clean up references on all the Year End charts, so I did that and made some minor moves on the edits you made, along with the older stuff.

Question, if I can't do the weekly chart updates sometimes, usually when I go on vacation, can I let you know ahead of time and you can do all three pages....the other 2 are the Albums and the Songs. Another two editors used to help out, but they are haven't been for a while. If you can, it would be great! It is better to have more people looking at them for corrections, as there are so many charts and easy to make a mistake. Anyway, thanks again!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 07:12, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bonnielou2013! Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes, I would love to update all 3 billoard pages and I'll be glad to help you on anything you might need. Thank you! Wasteitonme (talk) 11:28, 8 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Wasteitonme thanks for your response, I just saw it since you didn't enclose my name (which sends me a ping)! Yes, doing the updates on a cellphone is interesting....hahaha! I sometimes don't like to take my laptop on vacation! Yes, next time I will let you know and send you password needed for charts only on Billboard.biz. Thanks a lot! And feel free to jump in any week you want to...whoever gets there first can update anytime! I usually cover all those only on the biz site.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 09:27, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Gaonchart references[edit]

Hello, i appreciate you updating sales data, but PLEASE make sure the references are correct
What you are using is http://www.gaonchart.co.kr/main/section/chart/album.gaon?nationGbn=T&serviceGbn=&termGbn=month <--- this will always redirect to the latest month, it is not static (has no targetTime (sets time, such as month) or hitYear)

To get a static website address, change the chart month to another, and then back, so it would look like this
http://gaonchart.co.kr/main/section/chart/album.gaon?nationGbn=T&serviceGbn=&targetTime=02&hitYear=2019&termGbn=month <--- has targetTime=02&hitYear=2019
