Autopatrolled[edit]

Hi WhiteHartLane, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Jenks24 (talk) 09:42, 16 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi WhiteHartLane, I was wondering what your source was for this edit, as, per WP:BLP, dates of death on living (or possibly living) people cannot be added without a reliable source. Do you have one that we could add to the page? Thanks. Canadian Paul 08:16, 7 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

updating BDMs etc[edit]

Hi WHL. You've certainly done a power of work in recent years in improving and adding info for the individual Australian Football player pages. Thanks !! RossRSmith (talk) 04:22, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Eddie Fox[edit]

Hi WHL. Hope you're well. I've written an article Eddie Fox but have had a hard time finding birth and death dates for him. I know this is something you are great at find so I was hoping you would be able to have a look if you had the time. Cheers, Jenks24 (talk) 12:02, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jenks, the player was Edward Albert Fox (1864 - 1945) son of John James Fox (1842 - ?) and Margaret Mulcahy (1839 - 1919) and born in Ballarat. He was the second of 9 children I could find - six boys and three girls. His brothers were Patrick Thomas (Tommy), Daniel Joseph (Dan), John James (Jack), William Henry (Bill) and Francis Albert (Frank).
He is buried at Coburg Pine Ridge cemetery https://www.gmct.com.au/deceased/1421275 which shows 14 March 1945 was his funeral service – so presumably death in March 1945 but I cannot find any newspaper obit. Could not find any evidence of a spouse - all electoral rolls he seems to be living by himself - occupation iron moulder. WhiteHartLane (talk) 22:34, 11 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks so much for your help, greatly appreciated. Jenks24 (talk) 23:22, 11 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
