Disruptive IP

IP block evasion - 103.78.16.180. Repeating the same thing - adding unsourced POVish genre. 45.249.169.110, 103.78.16.16. Deserves a range block; this IP has been doing this since months. I have already given around 40-50 warning to his various IPs since last year. At a point also tried to discuss the matter which went in vain. Extend edit-warring block to second IP of same editor please?

Morning. 198.46.126.2 (contribs) was blocked ten days ago for edit-warring on Harpy eagle. Their other IP address 173.63.46.144 (contribs), which previously had shared in the warring [1][2] but did not get blocked, has now started up again with the identical issue [3]. Hello. It's a static IP that has been used by Shingling334, and no one else, for four days now judging by the edits, including edit-warring with a Greek Cypriot IP in Nicosia over which language, Greek or Turkish, should be used for names on Kyrenia Mountains on their first day of using this IP (Shingling334 is a Cypriot Turk, even though he geolocates to Essex, UK...), so would you mind upping the block to a week? - Tom | Thomas.W talk 19:22, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

IP-hopping serial vandal in Canada

Hello. I noticed you blocked Special:Contributions/184.147.31.244. It's a long-time IP-hopping serial vandal in Toronto, see my comments at User talk:184.146.204.179, and the six-month rangeblock and global lock of Special:Contributions/184.146.204.0/22 that it resulted in (another of their usual ranges, starting with "74.", has also been rangeblocked and globally locked for six months recently). So would you mind rangeblocking Special:Contributions/184.147.31.0/22 too for six months? Issue about an article

Respected Widr;

I am a member of Turkish Wikipedia Community. I want to take your attention about an article an an user who permanently blocked in Turkish Wikipedia (reason being a puppet master). I know wikis are not interesting in local/sister project blocks, but i want to inform you about situation.

Dear Wikipedia user User:Ruhubelent was blocked by admin Vikiçizer on 14 June. The reasons was obsession on tr:12 Eylül Darbesi. At least four experienced user try to explain “What did he/she do mistakly” but he/she could not understand. After this block on 1 July another admin was blocked him/her again for the same reason for 2 weeks. Because he/she obsessed to add some information on article, despite opposite proofs and thoughts, he/she continued to add same things.

After second block he/she started to add same information on same article and wrote some places (talk pages, admin message pages, village pump, help desk etc.) also he/she did IP vandalism with several IP addresses. He/she did vandalism in the name of “Protest”. After those things an admin requested an IP check; another checkuser has checked and approved the puppets. Result the user blocked permanently by third admin.

Now he/she is continuing his/her vandalism in Turkish Wikipedia with IP accounts. He/she always copy paste same things in help desk, village pump, article’s talk page also another page’s talk page (like Lionel Messi!). I noticed now he/she made some arrangements on 1980 Turkish coup d'état. I do not want to deal with that situation; first my English is not enough for an argument second i know him/her is not a person who can understand opposite’s concerns.

I can find you as an active administrator here. I am kindly requesting that please be sure his/her contirbutions real. He/she has some obsessive ideas on that article.

If you want I can find out and present all proofs in Turkish Wikipedia about that issue.

I'm sorry, Chansey, but this is something I have no interest in or knowledge of, so I will not get myself involved. You are correct that the Turkish wiki is a different project with very little relevance here. If there are content related issues, you should go to the article's talk page to discuss them, but if you need admin intervention, you will have to find someone else who is more familiar with the context.
