• Certainly. I was just referring to the fact that there is only one reference for the entire article, and it would be nice to have additional references for verifiability. — Yavoh 03:02, 25 September 2008 (UTC)

Fair enough. The oxford DNB is a reputable source, however. Although I can understand problems of potential bias coming from an article with only one source, the ODNB articles are comprised of information drawn from 5-6 different sources; you're unlikely to find additional sources not already included. Problems with delation, please help me to understand.

Hi Yavoh,

I'm a new Wikipedia contributor. I would like to share on this encyclopedia some informations about MXP4 (a new interactive format for music) and Musinaut (the company which created this format) but all my articles are deleted by you and others administrators. I think I made mistakes everytime cause I don't understand why some articles are not deleted while mine are. I tried to put a lot of references, internal and external links but it did not work. I know that companies are not allowed to post an article that is too commercial or promotional, but this concerns a new technology and a new format (just like MP3). I think it could really be interesting if we could post this information.

I red the rules but could you please help me to understand what are my mistakes and how can I write a good article ?

New deal for page patrollers

Hi Yavoh,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
