First, yes you're right about the WWII period; the collapse of international world order regarding states and continuity; I've added Rahovec as an extra. Concerning the Serb vs Yugoslav argument, this too is another sticky issue. During the Kosovo conflict, reporters would use "Yugoslav" and "Serb" interchangeably. The verifiable facts are that for most of his life, there were centralised security forces so local police or army were from everywhere. In FR Yugoslavia there were distinct Serb and Montenegrin police divisions, thery dealt with crime and incidents. They were controlled by a central police department which dealt with security issues and no doubt, the central division will have warranted Hoti's arrests given the activities in question. Ionian sea

Hi Zjarri. I need to inform you of one thing, particularly as there is no direct conflict between you and me on recent issues. You know that I restored Irvi's edits on Ionian sea as an act of good faith; it has since been reverted again though and not by me. I did what I did as a gesture that I am not quite the antagonist my edits may have suggested but I really do not wish to go and revert Athenean now (who has modified it slightly too). I'm not the only editor who represenents specific formats and this is what happens here; if one editor doesn't revert something deemed controversial, another one will and a whole new edit-war can erupt in time. To let you know, I'm fine with it either way, the alphabetical matter is not a critical concern for editors, not a rule set in stone so it may look like something petty if users scramble for this one. Slavic names

It doesn't work like that. Slavic names for people born in Slavic lands. Not so. If they have spent the significant (ie. notable) portion of their lives in one of the countries then we provide the name because an individual becomes famous whilst living there. If they are only born there but leave almost after birth and never return, they won't have known the language and the Slavic state in particular will not form part of the subject's life. This way, there is no translation with Rita Ora. Concerning Lorenc Antoni, born in Skopje, died in Kosovo, the question is whether we have Macedonian Cyrillic or Serbian Cyrillic. I deduced Serbian is most appropriate firstly because Skopje became Serbian from 1912 and remained so until 1944, his later life appeared to be in Kosovo which he died in whilst it too was Serbia. Naming policy works on the basis of what is relevant. Lorenc spent three years living in the Ottoman Empire and this was followed by the next 79 in Serbia/Yugoslavia, QED. By the way, perhaps you should examine naming policy yourself since you perpetually insert Kosovar settlements by their Albanian names rather than by their English. I appreciate you don't like that fact that the English is consistent with Serbian but this is all down to the places gaining notability in earlier years. Naming policy is a very precise tool, which is used to deal with such issues and it dooesn't support your theory. As with the edit-war warnings it'll be considered that you now are aware of the content of the policy so if you make any such reverts again admins will have to be notified. Concerning the second point, we use the English, period. On the other, you have an interesting point. Most admins would disagree that there is any "precise tool" and would dismiss most variation of display as content dispute. I don't say that Hosch is an unreliable source, but it belongs in the appropriate section. I've commented on Navyworth's talk page about the Prince-Bishopric of Montenegro, and requested it to be moved to that name. Naming convention

I now wish to introduce a new section as we have exhausted dialogue on that one subject. I accept that your view is: where non-native names take on a form in the Roman alphabet, there needs to be usage in English. That's the source of our dispute as I hold that it doesn't matter. I'd like the mediator and others maybe to step in and tell us what they think. What is certain for both of us is that there is no half-measure, a translation is either included or it isn't. My plan now is to create a new section intended to be brief and detailed at the same time which outlines our views. IF you feel I have misrepresented you, please tell me on my talk so I will correct it; or if you like, I'll accept you making changes to my text where you are being discussed but I don't want another scroll dialogue as it gets endless with the same repeated information. The idea is that I too will avoid adding to the outline but of course, if either of us are asked questions, then naturally we reply. I'll have more time in a few hours from now. No, it's not because it'll be a needless dragging out of the discussion. I've made a proposal and I expect a comment from the mediator and an agree/disagree from you and Majuru along with an explanation. If you or Majuru disagree make a counterproposal in the same concise manner, but please don't start yet another new section to explain your position for the nth time. The mediation process includes three users and three users only. You tried to convince other users to add their usernames before it started and become involved, but they didn't so you can't just try to turn a formal mediation case into a talkpage debate again. Ethnologue many times uses organizations as its sources so you might be dealing with a duplicate. Of course if you can find its source, please include it. Hi! It is not really a disruptive editing. Be sure, I do not violate Wikipedia's research policy and is not my personal analysis or synthesis into article, belive me. You must know from the 5th century there lived Serb on this area. The first Serbian state was founded also in this reagion. No "Slavic state", it was founded the first Serbian state. Serbian language of course already exist then, and its logical that they use Serbian language for all things and also for names, places ect. Serbian is mostly a Slavic language, but every Slavic nation have its one language which his own words ect. Frankly, no, this is not an article I'm regularly watching, and it seems that everything that needed to be said has already been said. If the move discussion was closed improperly, then we could talk, but as it stands, you don't have a tangible move problem. I've had two rather bizarre exchanges with Antidiskriminator very recently at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of the busiest airports in the former Yugoslav countries and at Talk:Bosansko Krajište, and my sudden presence at a matter that is slightly beyond my usual purview could easily antagonize him further, which wouldn't be helpful to anyone. Even this exchange here might contribute to his apparently existing feeling that people are out to get him, so I'd rather steer clear.
