Hi there, re: this, birthdates of living people need to be attributed to a reliable published source (read: no blogs) otherwise you run the risk of violating their privacy. If a widely distributed source like a newspaper or magazine publishes the subject's birthdate, it is presumed there would be no objection to include it in the article. Thanks. Also, generally speaking, we shouldn't include any award that doesn't have a Wikipedia article, where notability has been properly established and has endured community scrutiny.
