Suggestions and recommendations

Randomize image display and reformat the Intro section, see model at Portal:Norway.
Randomize and reformat Did you know section, see model at Portal:Theatre.
Reformat Things you can do section to make it look a bit nicer, see model at Portal:Internet.
Reformat Related portals for easier maintenance using template, see model at Portal:Arts.
Add in Featured content display, see model at Portal:Film.
Reformat Topics section, removing use of template and instead create original display, see model at Portal:Television.
