art in heroes[edit]

Jeph Loeb is a writer and producer on the show and they have worked a lot together (check out the Batman series). It sucks a bit that in the 1st episode of the 2nd series 'wanted' posters on the walls in mexico feature drawings of fugitives that look like they've been drawn by Isaac. songs with radio station dial effect[edit]

Thinking about what I have that has this effect...a song by Nine Days called 257 Weeks has the radio station tuning effect. I think that Sonny & Cher I Got You Babe might - though I can't hear that song without thinking of Groundhog Day. Skee-lo with 'I Wish' - a song about how he wishes he was a little bit taller, wishes he was a baller, wish he had a girl if he did he would call her... My Pet Monster. It's Monsteriffic! Incidentally, you will probably recognize a lot of voices from other Canadian (or Canadian produced) series. Name a band or Group.[edit]

In the opening scene of the Wesley Snipes film, The Art of War there is a group of female musicians playing string instruments. I believe it is the same group of ladies who played for a TV advertisement for Aquos flat screen TV's that was shown heavily during the 2006 world cup football competition. Full House song[edit]

There is a song called "Michelle's Smiling" from Full House that Jesse sings to Michelle. When I heard it a couple of days ago, it sounded really familiar, but I wasn't even born when the episode first aired, and although I've seen a few Full House episodes later on, both as a toddler and later as a teenager, I don't think that's where I remember that song from. It struck me really strongly when I heard it, too. So my question is-- Does anyone know if that song was ever notably used or heard in any other context besides on the show, that could explain where else I may have heard it? Otherwise, I guess I'm just subconsciously remembering it from Full House itself when I was really, really little. :) 17:16, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

I remember that song! It was from one of the first episodes. Michelle is still an infant, and Jesse still lives in what later becomes her room. She's lying on the bed drinking a bottle and he plays the song for her while sporting a red shirt, black vest, and the most kickin-ass mullet of all time. No, I know what episode it's from. I'm wondering if it was ever notably heard anywhere ELSE. But I'm glad somebody answered me... after like four days! Even if it wasn't the answer I was looking for.
