1950 and 1954 FIFA World Cups[edit]

Hi everyone. First a question on the 1954 Final: the article 1954 FIFA World Cup states that in 2004 an "unofficial footage surfaced evidencing no offside (shown on North German regional public channel NDR)". Can somebody please provide the link to the video? I would love to see it.

Secondly, is there at least a rumor present that somewhere somehow someone has the video footage of the entire 1950 FIFA World Cup final? I've listened to the Brazilian radio commentary of the game, seen virtually every picture and every snippet that exist, but it's all far from enough for me. Re 1954: the link actually goes to a book review about a book whose author says that the footage has been found. There's no indication on the page that the footage was actually shown on NDR. The book (preview available here) also merely states that such footage exists. In 2004 German channel ZDF produced a reconstruction of the game combining the available footage with the German radio broadcast, apparently it contains 38 minutes of footage, but I don't know if it includes what you're looking for. I found no free version online. The title is "Das Wunder von Bern – Das Spiel". -- Random person no 362478479 (talk) 08:12, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Courtesy link: Rang De Basanti, an Indian drama film. All the information is in the film. As the director is quoted there as saying, the way I tell a story is not real. Shantavira|feed me 16:10, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
