"the page has been reviewed" - what is this about?[edit]

After having edited an article, I often get this in the "talk" section of my personal page. What is this about? Shouldn't we put something about this in the article on "Reviewing"?

I believe you are referring to the third bullet point, Reviewing new articles; all new pages are checked to make sure they are appropriate for inclusion. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance.
